Feature: Your Health Hit!

Banana Pancakes  -  This is a Kids favourite




Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

TMH Tip- You don’t need any extra sugar as the natural sugar in the banana is sweet enough

2 Banana mashed
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of cinnamon
100 g gluten free porridge oats
1 egg

Blend the porridge oats into a flour consistency in a blender for 10 seconds. 

In a bowl mash the banana with a fork, add the egg and cinnamon. 

Add the oats to the bowl and mix thoroughly. 

Heat the coconut oil in a pan over a medium heat then add a spoonful of the pancake mix into the pan. 

Allow to cook for approx 1 minute then flip over.

Serve with your favourite toppings, seeds, berries, honey

This recipe is great to make in the morning and take the extras out with you as a quick healthy snack.
